“Soon To Be Wed” 60-Day Unlimited – $250 (Must purchase in studio or via email) Look your best for your significant other or for all the pictures you will put on Facebook (or Myspace) from the big day! This package is just for one person to use because you will be sharing for the rest of your life. Keep this one for yourself! If you weren't good at sharing and you are now "Back On The Market" we will let you purchase this as well. No need to show us your legal fees!
“The Baby Bump Dump” 60-Day Unlimited – $250 (Must purchase in studio or via email) - Get out of the freaking house. Take some “me” time for yourself and shed those lbs that your “little precious” left you.
PERSONAL TRAINING - We have personal sessions that can be done between class times. Email or give us a call to set up your own personal sessions. First session is $20. It’s a great way to get started!
OPEN GYM! 8:15 AM to 4:25 PM (except lunch class from 12:00-12:50) $40.00/mo. Come use the gym, do the workout that is on the board. Just clean up after yourself! *We can’t fully validate parking during the day.
CANCELLATIONS
We know sometimes things happen that are out of your control. However, to avoid being charged please respect SHED’s 1-hour cancellation policy on SHED Group Fitness classes and our 12-hour cancellation policy on SHED Strength Sessions. Cancellations can be processed online or by calling or texting us at 615-241-0999. ALL NO SHOWS will be charged the full class amount.
