What are SHED Group Classes?
Monday – “Upper Body” Start your week off right by working those upper body muscles. Classes are designed to work the back, chest and assisting muscles.
Tuesday – “SHREDDER” The SHREDDER workout focuses on raising the heart rate. While our other classes include set times for each station, Shredder is based purely on how long it takes you to make it through the posted workout. It’s up to you how hard you want to go!
Wednesday – “Lower Body” Don’t ever miss Lower Body!! Enough said.
Thursday – “Arms, Abs, etc.”
Just in case you want to look good in a tank top. We hit arms, abs, shoulders etc..
Friday and Saturday – “Full Body” Working you from top to bottom. Friday’s workout will be different from Saturday’s, don’t you worry if you want to hit both days!
Sunday Funday This workout has more of an “open gym” type feel to it. We help you get going, then you work at your own pace. You tell us how hard you want to go, we will write you a workout! Workouts range from 25-45 minutes. This day usually includes an optional “Runner’s Club” for the runners out there.
*Every class will include an abdominal section. We touch them up everyday.
CANCELLATIONS
We know sometimes things happen that are out of your control. However, to avoid being charged please respect SHED’s 12-hour cancellation policy on SHED Group Fitness classes and our 24-hour cancellation policy on SHED Strength Sessions. Cancellations can be processed online, email, or by calling or texting us. ALL NO SHOWS will be charged the full class amount.
